SHARK WORKSHOP

Immerse yourself in the exciting world of sharks!

This is an activity specially designed for schools, institutes and other educational centers.

Through this experience, we offer students the opportunity to discover the world of sharks in a creative, fun and educational way..

The sessions have an approximate duration of between 50 and 60 minutes and are perfectly adapted to the educational level of each group.

We offer proposals for:

• Children’s/ Preschool. Thanks to the “toca-toca” workshop, the little ones will discover the diversity of shapes and behaviors that these animals present.
• Primary Students will observe and interact with real specimens of shark skeletons. They will learn many issues related to their biology and understand the importance of protecting their natural environment.
• ESO . Students will learn about the biology of sharks from an ecosystemic point of view. The final objective is to convey the importance of the role of these organisms in maintaining the health and biodiversity of the seas and oceans.
• Baccalaureate / Vocational Training Centers. We will take a tour of the evolution of this species, focusing on the important role that sharks play in maintaining the balance of marine ecosystems. Students will learn about the anatomy and ecology of sharks and will discover numerous curiosities surrounding these fantastic animals.

Experience leader:

Anna , a marine biologist specialized in fishing, will accompany you during the experience. Its mission is to bring the marine environment closer to all people in order to ensure that they can enjoy it responsibly and with a “well-awakened conscience”. Through his work, he wants to publicize marine products and the profession of fishermen with the purpose of highlighting the maritime culture of Barcelona, a city that has always been oriented towards the sea.

In a scenario as globalized, complex and worrisome as the one we are living in, I feel obliged to contribute my bit: to promote an investment in the trend for a responsible consumption of marine resources.
