Enjoy a creative workshop while taking inspiration from the nature that surrounds us.

Through this experience you will explore techniques of gestural calligraphy and stroke expression with inks, papers and organic tools that you will take from the closest natural environment.

The mark, the imprint, the trace… provide us with spontaneous gestures and records that we can include and combine in the our individual creative process. Nature can be our main source of inspiration!

This is a workshop that consists of two parts:

  • First half (60 minutes). Welcome and route through the natural environment of the medieval town of Santa Pau. We will leave the workshop and go to the route of the Gorgs. During this walk we will focus on different concepts that will help us in creative practice and we will collect organic elements (stones, twigs, seeds, leaves) that we will use in the process.
  • Second part (90 min). Experimental practice in the workshop where, based on the material collected, we will produce a small artistic edition that will include our entire creative process (exploration of rhythms, marks and graphic records). This session takes place through dynamics that favor the creative and collaborative process.
