Leftovers in the kitchen? Learn to take advantage of every last crumb!
Reducing food waste contributes directly to economic savings and the reduction of numerous social and environmental impacts. In Catalonia, more than 260,000 tonnes of food are wasted each year, the equivalent of almost 35 kg per person. Do we thread the needle?
By taking part in this workshop, you will discover the basics of cooking and learn how to link recipes to never sober up. You will prepare 3 gluten-free vegan recipes with seasonal products that use the leftovers from each other so that you don’t generate any waste. Will you miss it?
* The workshop lasts approximately 2 hours.
* People who need it can request a “transfer” service at an additional cost (€0.35/km). This service must be booked in advance.
Experience leader:
Berta is the creator, organizer and facilitator of this experience. She has a degree in social sciences and herbalism and has a lot of experience in the world of gastronomy with an ecological sensibility.
I live and play to exist more and more harmoniously with nature, more stripped of frivolities and more aware of everything I can do to minimize my environmental footprint. My task is to return to the roots to share everything I experience and learn and thus fly a little further.
