1. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The manager of this website considers it a basic objective to guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of the personal data of its users and of all those who relate to laxarxaaethnic.org and, for this reason, expresses the maximum commitment to compliance of the current Organic Data Protection Law (LOPD) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the protection and free movement of personal data (RGPD). The Aethnic Network reserves the right to include in a personal data file that information provided by the User, complying with the guidelines set by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation thereof. The purpose of this file will be solely to provide our services and communicate with the User.
1.2. The personal data that can be collected in this form by La Xarxa d’Aethnic will be used to be able to contact, offer and provide the services specific to the commercial relationship established between the parties. The personal data provided to us by the User must be kept for a period of 10 years, or until their deletion is expressly requested by the interested party. This term may be tacitly extended for annual periods if there is no express will of any of the parties, with one month’s notice prior to its expiry. The conservation of the data will always be carried out for the purposes of its treatment, without prejudice to the application of the appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the person concerned.
1.3. These data will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation or to comply with the purpose of a contract.
1.4. The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, deletion, opposition, limitation, and portability, by sending an email to the address info@aethnic.org.

However, the transmission of information via the Internet is not entirely secure; for this reason, and despite the fact that laxarxaaethnic.org makes every effort to protect Users’ data, it cannot guarantee its security during transit to the website. Therefore, all information provided by Users will be sent at their own risk.
