Are you ready to enjoy a transformative experience in the woods?
Through this activity we propose you to take a light walk through the natural environment of Mediona while discovering and identifying the medicinal, gastronomic and nutritional uses of edible wild seasonal plants.
Once the tour is finished, enjoy a vegan piscolabis in the woods or a wild cooking workshop. The latter will consist of 3 vegan, gluten-free and residue-free recipes, made from the plants collected during the outing.

Experience leader:
Berta is the creator, organizer and facilitator of this experience. She has a degree in social sciences and herbalism and has a lot of experience in the world of gastronomy with an ecological sensibility.
I live and play to exist more and more harmoniously with nature, more stripped of frivolities and more aware of everything I can do to minimize my environmental footprint. My task is to return to the roots to share everything I experience and learn and thus fly a little further.
Berta proposes this experience with the aim of making known the nutritional, medicinal and pleasurable uses that are hidden behind the so-called “weeds” while valuing and caring for what surrounds us from the gratitude of the vegetable kingdom.
