Do you want to know what commerce was like in 1900 on Carretera de Sants and Creu Coberta?

Through this experience you will get to know the history of the neighborhood and its most representative and symbolic shops. We offer you an enjoyable, fun and unforgettable activity outside the tourist centers of the city that promotes local commerce and Barcelona culture.

The experience has audio support, 3 actors/actresses per route, and a detailed map. We also offer you product tastings, visits to exclusive spaces and much more… all with humor and historical rigor. Are you up for it?

Details of the Hostafrancs/Sants itinerary.

It starts at the La casa del Rellotge farmhouse (Plaça Bonet i Muixí, 3) and ends at the Hostafrancs Meeting Point (C/ de la Creu Coberta, 26). The visit focuses on the commercial axis of the Sants-Creu Coberta road and the surrounding streets and squares. During the route visit the Hostafrancs Market and about 15 shops, you will also learn about the history of these neighborhoods and taste various bakery products and emblematic pastries. The historical era in which the accompanying characters are situated is modernism and the turn of the century.

This activity is the result of a joint effort where everyone contributed their bit. The project is led by Àgia Luna , who works in various artistic productions of both music, opera, dance and theater, and Anna Ester , who has been directing large-scale productions in the field for more than 20 years of advertising

Historians and merchants participate in the organization of the experience, providing anecdotes and details about their businesses and their families!
