Since the terms and conditions may be updated from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capabilities or laws and regulations), we encourage you to visit this page regularly to take note of any changes that may have affected the terms and conditions.
Aethnic is a non-profit association with address at Carrer Emilia Coranty, 5, 08018 Barcelona (Catalonia), registered on November 2, 2006 in Section 1 of National Number 588018 of the National Register of Associations of the Ministry of the Interior with CIF G-64275076 and email address info@aethnic.org.
These conditions establish the rights and obligations of all Users of the ETHNIC ASSOCIATION, in relation to the products and services offered through the website laxarxaaethnic.org (from now on, The Aethnic Network).
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
These General Conditions regulate the use (including mere access) of the web pages integrated into the website of La Xarxa d’Aethnic and the contents and services that they make available to Users. Everyone who accesses the laxarxaaethnic.org website agrees to be bound by the General Conditions in force at all times.
1. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
1.1. The User undertakes, in general, to use laxarxaaethnic.org, to acquire the products and to use each of the services of La Xarxa in accordance with the law and what is established in these General Conditions, and must refrain from ‘use them in any way that could prevent, cause damage or impair the normal operation of laxarxaaethnic.org by Users or that could cause damage to the assets and rights of AETHNIC, to the collaborators who participate in the Network Aethnic, to the rest of the Users or to any third party.
1.2. It is prohibited to use the website for illegal or harmful purposes, or which, in any way, may cause damage or prevent the normal operation of the website. Regarding the contents of this website, it is prohibited:
Its reproduction, distribution or modification, in whole or in part, unless authorized by the legitimate owner.
Any violation of the rights of the lender or the legitimate owner.
Use for commercial or advertising purposes without authorization from the management team.
1.3. When using the laxarxaaethnic.org website, the User undertakes not to carry out any conduct that could damage the image, interests and rights of La Xarxa d’Aethnic or of third parties, or that could damage, render useless or overload the laxarxaaethnic.org portal or prevent, in any way, the normal use of the website.
However, the User must be aware that the security measures of computer systems on the Internet are not completely reliable and that, therefore, laxarxaaethnic.org cannot guarantee the absence of malicious codes or other elements that could produce alterations to computer systems (software and hardware) of the User or to their electronic documents and files contained therein.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
2.1. The Aethnic Network reserves the right to decide, at any time, the Products offered to Users through the laxarxaaethnic.org website. In particular, La Xarxa may, at any time, add new Products to the offers, understanding that unless otherwise provided, these new Products will be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Likewise, La Xarxa reserves the right to stop providing or facilitate access and use at any time and without prior notice of any of the different types of Products offered on the platform.
2.2. The experiences presented on the website of La Xarxa include the Value Added Tax (VAT) that is appropriate to apply.
2.3. The Network is made up of experiences that are provided by a set of Collaborators, selected by AETHNIC, who wish to offer their services to web users. Therefore, the content of the services can be redefined by the Collaborators of La Xarxa d’Aetnic and it reserves the right to make the relevant modifications. However, once the experience has been reserved, it is up to the Beneficiary to check with the Collaborator chosen (whose contact details will be provided) about the existence of possible specific conditions.
Any refusal by a Collaborator to perform the service for the previously mentioned reasons will not be considered as discrimination of any kind and will not entail any responsibility on the part of La Xarxa d’Aethnic or the Collaborator involved.
The Aethnic Network is nothing more than an intermediary between the Beneficiary and the Collaborator, so it cannot be held responsible in the event of non-execution or poor execution of the provision. The Beneficiary is expressly made aware that only the particular conditions of the Collaborator selected by the Beneficiary will apply during the performance of the service.
The Aethnic Network reserves the right to terminate its relations with one or more Collaborators during the validity period of the reservation, in particular with a view to ensuring an optimal level of quality of services. Under these conditions, the Beneficiary will not be able to access any reimbursement.
2.3. The Network undertakes not to allow any transaction which is illegal, or which is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, which may or has the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them . The following activities are prohibited under the Card Brand Programs: the sale or offering of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the purchaser, issuing bank, merchant or cardholder card or cards.
3. PURCHASE PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT FOR NETWORK EXPERIENCES
3.1. To make a purchase or reservation, the Customer must select on the La Xarxa website the product he wishes to purchase and the number of units and, subsequently, add them to the shopping basket.
3.2. Before processing the order, the Customer must review the content of the services of the experience he wishes to acquire.
3.3. To process the order, the User must provide the requested data, both personal and billing. In any case, the Customer will be responsible for the veracity of the data provided to La Xarxa d’Aethnic.
3.4. The Customer will have to “click” on the “Continue” button to register his order, with the condition of having expressly accepted the present General Conditions of Sale.
3.5. The User must make the payment through the systems specifically proposed on the platform. When making the payment, the User will be directed to a secure payment gateway of the Banking Entity, where he must enter the card details.
3.6. The order will not be registered until the last validation and the contract will not be definitively concluded until the payment has been accepted by the bank.
3.7. Once the payment has been validated, the User will receive confirmation of their order to the e-mail previously provided.
4. RETURNS POLICY
4.1. Returns in exercise of the right to cancel the purchase:
All experiences purchased at laxarxaaethnic.org may be returned and reimbursed, as long as the User communicates the intention to return them within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of acquisition through the email info@ aethnic.org.
The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date on which the User communicates it and through the same payment method that was used at the time of placing the order.
4.2. Modifications to orders:
Once the purchase process has been completed, the User must contact the Collaborator chosen to make any type of modification. However, La Xarxa d’Aethnic does not guarantee that the experiences can be modified once acquired.
The Aethnic Network is available to the User to provide the Collaborating Party’s contact details.
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE
5.1. For any incident, claim or exercise of their rights, the User can send an email to info@aethnic.org or call the helpline +34 637 95 20 10 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: 00
5.2. Once the process of purchasing the experience has been completed, the Customer must contact the Collaborator chosen (provider of the experience) to resolve any doubt, incidence or request related to the contracted activity.
6. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
6.1. The User acknowledges that all the elements of the Network and of each of the Products, the information and materials contained therein, the brands, the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of their contents, and the computer programs used in relation to them, they are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of the Network itself or of third parties, and that the General Conditions do not attribute to these industrial and intellectual property rights any other rights other than those specifically contemplated in the same

9. CODE OF CONDUCT
The Aethnic Network undertakes that the contents of the services offered on its website:
9.1. Avoid promoting any type of discrimination (sexual, racial, religious, etc.) or any other violation of fundamental rights and public liberties recognized in the Spanish Constitution and the rest of the legal system.
9.2. Avoid inducing or inciting to act illegally.
9.3. Present themselves in a fair and transparent manner and avoid leading to erroneous conclusions as a result of their inaccuracy, omission, ambiguity, expiration or similar.
9.4. Avoid infringing the legal or regulatory rules on the secrecy of communications, intellectual property, the right to honor and personal or family privacy, or any other provision applicable to the nature of the service.
9.5. Align with the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN Agenda 2030 and contribute to moving towards a responsible tourism model with the destination and the Planet in general.
